Our Process

How Every Visit Works

Every visit follows the same four steps, whether it is a disposal reset or a full installation. No surprises, no pressure at the door.

Book Your Visit

Call and tell us the appliance, brand, and symptom. We find a time that works and confirm it.

Upfront Diagnosis

Your technician checks the appliance, finds the actual fault, and explains it in plain words.

Straight Price

You get your options with real numbers before any work starts. You decide, no pressure.

Fixed & Tested

We repair, run a full test cycle, check for leaks, and clean up before we leave.

Safety

Safety Comes Before Scheduling

  • Gas smell: leave the home, call your gas utility or 911 from outside, and do not flip switches or light anything.
  • Water leaking: turn the appliance off and shut off its water supply if you can reach it safely. Mop up standing water and do not run another cycle.
  • Sparking or smoking: stop using the appliance. Unplug it only if the plug is safe to reach; otherwise switch off the breaker.
  • Microwaves: do not open the cabinet yourself. Microwaves store high voltage even when unplugged.

These steps are also on our emergency page.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a repair visit take?

Most diagnostic visits and common repairs are completed in one visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you the timeline before you approve the work.

Do I need to be home for the whole visit?

Yes, an adult should be home so we can explain the diagnosis, agree the price, and walk through the test cycle with you before we leave.
